  • Why do you have a 1-hr Min?

    The 1-hr min makes the cost of a service call reasonable, yet allows enough time to attend to smaller jobs.

  • Do you provide quotes/bids?

    Yes. Generally, for any job that is more than a day or two of work, we will put together a quote. Schedule a visit and Have us out to review and discuss options.

  • Do you use Subcontractors?

    Rarely. Our business model is to provide highly skilled employees that are cross trained in multiple disciplines of work. For larger plumbing or electrical work, we would use our trusted licensed partners in any field of work that extends beyond our comfort level or licensing.

  • Can you pull a permit for my project if needed?

    Yes. We are a fully licensed contractor and able to pull permits for projects that require them.

  • Do you do commercial work at a business?

    I’m sorry, we are limited in what we can do for a business since we have a residential license. Some minor work we can do at a business.

  • What Don't you guys do?

    Landscaping, Cleaning services, moving, house leveling, new roofs (we do repairs), concrete, pavers, appliance repairs.

  • Do you do insurance work?

    Yes, we help homeowners all the time who have water damage or storm damage that requires repair.

  • Do you fix roof leaks?

    You’re best to have a roofer evaluate your roof leak and we are happy to repair any interior damage after the roof is fixed and tested to be water tight.

  • Plumbing or Electric?

    Yes, We do Minor Plumbing and Electrical work. Major work is always best done by a licensed professional.
