Small jobs have a small fee of $125
Small Job Special (up to 1 hour)
Time & Materials work (1+ Hrs)
For Small Jobs longer than 1 hour, we charge hourly: $125/hr, with a daily 1hr min per man per day with a small Trip Fee. The clock starts when we get to your home and start working. Most of our jobs are smaller and billed by the hour.
Larger Jobs (2+ Days of work)
For Most of the Larger projects, we can provide a fixed-price bid after we come out to look your project and put together a quote. There's no fee for us to stop out and discuss your project. Unless you need schematics, plans or design ideas. Or you want a bid on a home you haven’t closed on yet.
