For Small Jobs longer than 30 minutes, we charge hourly: $148/hr, with a daily 1hr min + a small Trip Fee. The clock starts when we get to your home and start working. Most of our jobs are smaller and billed by the hour. If your job is a larger project or remodel See below as most likely we will not charge hourly.
[1 Day +] Medium & Larger Jobs or Remodels
For Most of the Larger projects, we can provide a Free fixed-price bid after you Schedule a visit to look over your project and put together a quote. There's no fee for us to stop out and discuss your project. Unless you need schematics, plans or design ideas. Or you want a bid on a home you haven’t closed on yet.
